This Northcote project comprised two components; the renovation and extension an existing Victorian house along with a new townhouse fronting the rear right-of-way.With increasing property prices throughout Melbourne, an architect designed new townhouse on available property can be a viable alternative to the current existing available apartment and housing stock within inner Melbourne.
