West Footscray Subdivision. We were engage to design a new dwelling to the rear of an existing dwelling. Our response was to undertake a series of of studies and propositions that would not compromise the amenity of the existing house, while providing a new uncompromised additional two bedroom house.
Our proposal celebrated the roof, a distinct character of the surrounding neighbourhood, proposing a responsive yet new building form.
We obtained a planning permit fo this project on the owner's behalf. |
