8th February 2012 Thornbury Extension to a Californian Bungalow A builder has been appointed with construction works scheduled to begin late March 2012. This project is informed by an intent to maximise natural light to a south facing extension, while strategically extending the rear of the existing house to mesh with the existing house. A double glazed outlook will maximise a lage yard outlook, while minimising overlooking from neighbouring flats. The new works comprise the replacement of a rear toilet and laundry area with a new kitchen, living , dining, laundry and main bedroom with ensuite. The existing house is to be reconfigured to provide a new larger bathroom, study and reconfigured 3rd bedroom. The finished house will utilise salvaged materials from the demolition works as well as sourced salvaged materials from other buildings.
January 2012 Warrandyte Extension & Renovation Stage 1 Works have begun on site, comprising an extension of the family room, refurbishment of a rumpus room including oak flooring, large new window and bifold door openings, with new laundry, bathroom and living area. Poolside and exterior works comprise spotted gum decking, a fanning pergola, stone paving, retaining walls, frameless glass pool fencing and reed screening.

November 2011 Eco Cubby 2011 Collaborating this year with the children and staff at Swinburne Prahran Community Childrens Co-Operative has resulted in a proposition for an eco cubby to be located within the grounds of the centre for next year's 2, 3 and 4 year olds to interact with. September 2011 Albert Park House stage 2 works on site complete. THis second stage of a preconceived master plan adds a new frameless glass operable wall opnening onto a travertine clad courtyard space with new study extension and striated shed concealing a substantial water tank
July 2011 Warrandyte stage 0.5 site works complete.

May 2011 Darebin Intercultural Centre complete. The Darebin Intercultural Centre is based at the Old Preston Courthouse at 59a Roseberry Ave, on the Corner of Kelvin Grove, Preston. The Centre now has a new Community Kitchen space, newly carpeted meeting rooms, space for art exhibitions and soon to be installed conference style facilities.
